Read this if you:

· have ever been caught spying on someone
Synopsis:
When Chloe Brown gets what she thinks is a second chance at life, she is feeling all the effects of her chronic illness, both the physical pain and the thorn in all of her relationships. Determined to turn everything around, she sits down and makes a list of things she needs to do in order to get a life. When she checks off the first item and moves out on her own, she meets Red, the superintendent of the building she now lives in. Even though Chloe despises him, she realizes he can help her check some things off her list and offers to build his brand in exchange for his help. What the two don’t realize is that with all the time they’re going to be spending together, sparks are bound to fly.
My Thoughts on the Book:
This was such a cute book! Chloe is so strong the way she faces her illness head on and wants to turn her life around with only herself to impress.
Red was an adorable badass, riding his motorcycle around and saving cats from trees. I loved the tension between them and the build up from absolutely despising each other to finally figuring out there were feelings between them. Chloe’s sisters were absolutely hilarious and completely right about Red, and I loved how they wouldn’t get off Chloe’s case about what a catch he is. I’m always a sucker for cute sister relationships – I can’t wait to read more about the Browns!
The only reason why this wasn’t a 5-star for me is the classic miscommunication at the end. This trope very rarely works for me and in this case, I was so frustrated through the last few chapters of this book, I wanted to reach in and shake some sense into Chloe myself! The ending was super cute though and totally worth the agony that I went through 😂
