My Thoughts on the Book:
A five-star nonfiction read, who am I?!? I LOVE Malcolm Gladwell and find his books to be so insightful and this was no exception. I loved how this book dove into relevant topics that can be applied to real life.
A lot of the case studies in this book were so fascinating. I really enjoyed learning about people who faced adversity in their lives, losing a parent at a young age or struggling with dyslexia for example, overcome these challenges and become amazing successes. The way that Gladwell presents his arguments is east to read and follow which I appreciated. I really liked the overall message of this book, that underdogs aren’t necessarily more likely to lose, they just need to find their own way to win at their game.
I definitely recommend this one if you’re looking to load up on some fun facts and conversation topics for any time you need to impress people!
